PRECONSTRUCTION

Starting in the design phase, you can utilize our in-depth knowledge and industry relationships to help your team have a better understanding of the material options available and to identify possible design challenges that negatively impact your project. We can also quickly develop in-house shop drawings and cost estimates, and coordinate design details to give you a better understanding of your overall investment. We can even provide an estimate from our in-house installation team.

Utilizing multiple vendor relationships for both materials and fabrication, we have the ability to assemble a team best suited to deliver an enclosure based on your specifications. We oversee the entire process with a constant focus on managing quality, project costs, and schedule. We work with the vendors to understand long lead items, and we can purchase materials directly to avoid delays. We monitor the fabrication process and perform quality control checks before shipping.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

Every projects has a full-time Enclosure Supervisor that monitors the installation process by providing oversight on the schedule, material deliveries, and performs regular quality checks of material arriving onsite as well as completed installations. We coordinate offsite storage allowing the project to receive “Just In Time” material deliveries onsite. If you choose to utilize our in-house installation team for your project, you will benefit from our control over the workforce giving you control over quality and schedule of the installation.
